The Power of Self-Care: Prioritizing Your Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Self-care is absolutely vital for maintaining your overall mental health and well-being. It is essential to take some dedicated time to nurture and reconnect with your inner child, as this process can help foster emotional healing and personal growth.

Find the Bad guy
Often couples think therapy is finding someone to blame for their negative interactions. This is as old as Adam pointing to Eve for also partaking of the apple. That woman you gave me made me do it! And Eve was like, "Where were you when the snake made me do it?"
We are not finding the culprit. The negative cycle is the bad guy! Not you and not your partner. The reason I love and appreciate this therapy model is it helps you and your partner make sense out of your feelings versus staying in toxic dance of the blame game. It normalizes that you both have feelings and we all step on each other's toes.
Rather then come into therapy trying to find who is wrong; ask what is my unmet need from my partner? What is their unmet need from me?
